Residence Ladunia is a holiday village built on a small promontory overlooking the Gulf of Marinella and surrounded by a beautiful park.
The Residence is strategically located for visiting the Costa Smeralda and its most characteristic and famous places, such as Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo, Portisco, and Golfo Aranci.
Olbia is just 12 km away, and the port and airport are around 15 minutes away.

For sports lovers there are two tennis courts and a five-a-side football field; there is also an equipped playground for children.

The village is manned all year round by a caretaker and, from June to September, a team of surveillance staff is on duty 24 hours a day.
